Our inspectors work inside the factories producing your orders. Problems are caught while they can still be fixed, not when the container arrives.

Inspection stages

Five checkpoints on every order

Each checkpoint has a defined scope, checklist and report, agreed with you before production starts.

Raw material inspection
Yarn, greige and finished fabric are checked for GSM, construction, shade, shrinkage and defects using the 4-point system before cutting.

Pre-production check
We review approved samples, trims and specifications with the factory and confirm patterns, markers and production readiness.

Inline inspection (DUPRO)
Carried out at 20–60% of production to catch workmanship, measurement and colour issues while they can still be fixed.

Final random inspection
Carried out when production is 100% finished and at least 80% packed, with samples drawn to the ISO 2859-1 AQL levels you agree.

Container loading check
We verify quantities, carton condition and shipping marks while goods are loaded and the container is sealed.

AQL sampling
Inspections follow ISO 2859-1, at the AQL levels you set for critical, major and minor defects.
Photo reports
Every inspection report includes measurements, defect photos and a clear pass or fail result.
Nothing ships unapproved
Goods are released for shipment only after a passed final inspection and your approval.

Compliance

We work with factories holding the certifications your market and customers require, and verify that they are valid.

Testing

We arrange testing at accredited third-party labs such as SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas, to your standards or your customers' test manuals.

We also inspect orders you have placed directly with Pakistani factories.
